Lanterna Resort - Tar-Vabriga

The staff were efficient and amazingly nice. the location was favorable with lots of greenery.

Liked my stay. My stay was very pleasant on holidays. I ate at a good restaurant with tasty meals. I had TV set, a microwave, and a refrigerator in the room. The location in a calm area was unbeatable and magnificent and there were a market and a bakery nearby. Ate at Ristorante Delfin, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

an apartment with essentials has basic facilities you need.

Enjoyed a very relaxing 9-night stay. the apartment with a pull-out couch, TV, and essentials was perfect for us. - the location was great, close to the Pizzeria buffet bistro Lanterna and the sea.

Staff being very helpful,the location next to the sea also was an asset.The price is good for what you get. I would recommend more restaurants and grocery stores to be included.

international environment, nice and clean beach

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the sea, offering plenty of sunshine, refreshing drinks, water activities. the staff is always eager to assist, with some standing out for their exceptional friendliness and politeness.

Weather, Adriatic see beach, possibility to visit nice Istria city's ...

Third sleeping place in apartment is uncomfortable and some additions are needed to ensure sleeping conditions.

The apartment was nice. The beach is nice. The staff are nice.

The internet connection was abominable, and the staff responded to queries about the slowness with either denials or excuses.

The staff here were super helpful and got things done quickly. the rooms were cozy with balconies and even had a pull-out couch 🛋️.

The location is right by the water. It's a beautful area with lots of trees. The beach area was very clean and didn't see any trash around the facility. Well kept.

The room could use some renovation such as fresh paint and some ceiling fans but a comfortable room.

Price.

Old rooms, the beach is dangerous and very wild. Slippery entrance in the water. No place for children on the beach...

My 9-night stay at Lanterna Resort was so relaxing. the location is amazing, right by the fabulous beach. the staff were really friendly. the hotel is conveniently close to Rt, and their a la carte restaurant offers a delicious variety of food.

Very nice location - apartments are close to the sea, at the seaside, separate territory with no car traffic, noise of town, etc., but also with many services provided locally and not so far from numerous sightseeings from Porec to Pula. There's small kitchen in apartments, so one can cook for yourself, although local restaurants are quite good and have almost average prices for Croatia.

There are quite a lot of sea urchins (sea eagles or sea hedgehogs), so be careful. Local doctor is private/commercial and, to my opinion, has very unreasonable prices - she proposed to cure (take out?) 4 very small nails of sea urchin from my finger for around 40 euros. Apartment itself is not very spacious and the third bad is expandable and not comfortable, but if you don't expect much of it, then it's quite fine.

There were no issues from any point of view. On the other hand, there were also no extras. It was absolutely average. If you have car I would recommend you to spend time in near Lanterna Camping. It is free for all Lanterna guests and there are better beaches and nice pools with salt water. It is cca 2 km far from Lanterna Apartments. However, all shops and services (incl. 2 restaurants) are available in both areals. Many trees and nice playground for kids (maybe the best I have ever seen - located near "J" apartments).

Older equipment, poorly equiped kitchen (only one "sharp" knife plus tin opener, nothing else, no teflon pan...). Lanterna Apartments areal is huge so some apartments are better and some worse located. Beaches are rocky with worse access for kids / older people.
